A soft wash system is a low-pressure washing technique that uses chemicals to clean
exterior surfaces. It’s a gentler alternative to traditional high-pressure washing, which
can damage surfaces. 

How it works

• A soft wash system uses a pump sprayer to apply a mixture of water, bleach, surfactants, and
  algaecides  
• The low-pressure water (usually around 500 PSI or less) is combined with the chemicals to remove
  dirt, mold, and other contaminants 
• The chemicals kill mold, mildew, moss, bacteria, and other microorganisms.

Where it’s used

• Soft wash systems are ideal for cleaning delicate surfaces like roofs, siding, and wooden decks 
• They can also be used to disinfect and sanitize indoor areas with heavy foot traffic
